Christmas Tree Brownies |
First up on the list are these delicious Christmas tree brownies. These brownies are perfect when you want something delightful in a small amount of time. They are cute and festive and just scream the Christmas spirit.

Directions:1| Preheat oven to 350°. Line a pan with 9” -x-13” parchment paper, leaving 2” hanging over the sides of pan and grease pan with cooking spray. Make brownie mix according to package directions. Pour batter into pan and bake until a toothpick inserted in middle of pan comes out with moist crumbs, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. 2| In a large bowl, using hands/stand mixer, beat 1 ½ stick of butter until smooth. Add 4 cups of powdered sugar until combined, then add 1 tsp of vanilla, 2 tbsp of heavy cream, and a pinch of kosher salt. Add green food coloring until preferred color is reached. Transfer to piping bag with small open star tip. 3| Remove brownie from pan and cut 3 rows; then cut rows into 6 triangles each for a total of 18 triangles. 4| Cut candy canes into 3” long pieces and insert into bottom of each brownie to create a trunk. 5| Pipe a zigzagging line on top of brownie and top with sprinkles. |

Directions:1| Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a muffin tin with liners. Make chocolate cupcakes according to package directions. Let cool completely. 2| In a large bowl, beat together butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy for the cream cheese frosting. 3| Transfer one third of the frosting to a smaller bowl. Dye the rest of the frosting red. 4| Pipe red frosting onto cupcakes in a conical shape to mimic a Santa hat. Sprinkle it with red sanding sugar. Use a smaller star tip to pipe the white frosting around the edges. |
