A Christmas CarolDrama teacher Jolene Baldado said, “I love Scrooged, A Christmas Story, and Christmas Vacation. My family watches these as part of our Christmas Traditions. My family and I are a sarcastic bunch so our humor is a bit off from most people. In fact, my stepfather and I are probably the most sarcastic members of our family. Since I was a little kid, he and I would sit and watch these three holiday movies just to make fun of various moments in each of these three movies. These three movies represent years of family fun and appreciation for one another.”
Emmet Otter's Jug- Band Christmas“Growing up in the 80’s, there was a Christmas Movie called Emmet Otter’s Jug-Band Christmas. It was created by Jim Henson (who created the muppets). For me, this movie is what Christmas is all about- being with family, helping out those who are less fortunate than you, and celebrating all the wonderful things in your life- no matter how small they may seem. To this day, my sister and I still can quote lines from that movie! There are so many more Christmas movies that I love, but this one will always be my favorite!” assistant principal Janet Cadman said. there's no movie without snacks |
